Shipping & delivery

We currently deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders to other countries cannot be placed at the moment — contact us if you need a delivery elsewhere.

Standard shipping is free for orders from CHF 80.00 (incl. VAT). The cost of your chosen method is shown in the cart and at checkout before you order.

Orders for items in stock placed on working days (Mon–Fri) before 16:00 are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. For online payments, dispatch starts after the payment has been confirmed. Items marked “on order” have the delivery time shown on the product page.

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse you receive an email; tracking information is added to your order. If you have a customer account you can also see the status there.

Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If the carrier cannot deliver the parcel, it is usually held for collection at the post office. Parcels returned to us undelivered can be sent again for the applicable shipping cost.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the carrier if possible and contact us within 5 days with photos. See also our returns & warranty policy.
