Returns & warranty

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. As a voluntary service, we accept returns of items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• unused and not installed,
• complete with all accessories, in the original, undamaged packaging,
• free of marks, scratches and adhesive residue (protective films and seals intact).

Items that have been installed, fitted with adhesive, used or damaged cannot be returned under this policy. Warranty claims for defective items are not affected.

• Contact us at youfixit@reptechnic.ch with your order number and the items you want to return.
• We send you the return address and instructions.
• Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back with a tracked service. Please keep the receipt.

The cost of returning unused items is borne by the customer. Unannounced returns may delay processing.

Once the return has arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price using the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Original shipping costs are refunded if the whole order is returned. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.

Statutory warranty rights under Art. 197 ff. CO apply: 2 years for new items and 1 year for used, pulled or refurbished items, from delivery.

If an item arrives defective or becomes defective during the warranty period, contact us with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo or video. We repair or replace the item or, if that is not possible, refund it. For accepted warranty claims we cover the shipping costs.

Not covered: damage caused by incorrect installation (for example torn flex cables or pressure marks), mechanical or liquid damage, improper use and normal wear.

Please check your parcel on arrival. If the packaging or contents are damaged, report it to us within 5 days with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and replace the goods.
