Cash on delivery
You pay the order amount in cash to the carrier on delivery. The order is reserved for you as soon as you place it. The payment status in your account changes to “paid” once we have received the amount.
Currency and VAT
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include 8.1% Swiss VAT. You receive an invoice with your order confirmation.
Security
All connections to our shop are encrypted (TLS). Online payments are processed by PostFinance in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard; 3-D Secure may be required by your card issuer.
